Q. What did you find most helpful about our support? 

Frequent and quick feedback was very helpful. I received detailed advice that I felt I had been lacking. I was also given plenty of additional materials, which I found very helpful. The companies they introduced were very attractive and a great fit for me.

What areas do you think need improvement or were lacking?

Everything was perfect for me. If there are engineers who need information about the technological skills Japanese companies demand, it would be helpful for them to see examples, such as CVs or portfolios that successful candidates have used.

Company introductions in advance, key points for recommendations,
resume preparation, interview preparation and mock interviews,
and post-interview follow-up.
It really gave me a lot of confidence!

Q. What did you find most helpful about our support? 

Honestly, everything. Yokomi-san’s support was incredibly thorough, and I always felt encouraged.
First of all, they introduced me to positions that I couldn’t find on typical large job sites, which was a big plus.
On top of that, they helped review the Japanese in my work history document, provided mock interview practice, and even handled communication and coordination with the companies on my behalf. That support was a huge help.

I don’t think there’s anything in particular.
